
Mobile Content Billing enables clients to charge mobile end-users for content, applications, services or other goods. This new service means a secure and easy-to-use alternative billing method for premium rate content or applications. It allows mobile users to make payments through their mobile phones just as if they were using a web-based payment service through a PC web browser.
• Off portal Mobile Content Billing available on Vodafone NL, KPN NL, Tele2 NL and Teleena NL covering 70% of the Dutch market. T-Mobile and Telfort will launch WAP Billing mid-2009;

CM offers a pay out of 2/3 of the end user tariff including VAT. With an encreasing transactions volume, pay outs will be higher. An overview of the pay outs per transaction for The Netherlands is shown below
